Change of
auditors
Marlwood Plc (Marlwood, the Company or the Group), the
Cayman Stock Exchange (CSX) listed holding company of New BAI International
Limited and The New Licence Factory Limited (“The Licence Factory”) clearance
and branded merchandise retail businesses, wishes to announce the appointment of
White & Co as auditors to the Company.
On listing on CSX White & Co
were the auditors for the trading Companies and Jeffreys Henry were the auditors
of Marlwood. On the reverse acquisition the board appointed White & Co
as auditors to the entire Group due to their previous knowledge and
understanding of the trading group.
The Directors of the Company take
