On the basis that
Arlington Special Situations Fund Limited (the “Fund”) is in the final stages of its
orderly wind down process, Nicholas Barham has decided that now is an opportune
time to step down as a director of the Fund. Therefore, effective 21 June 2010,
Nicholas Eaton Crocker Barham has resigned as a director of Arlington Special
Situations Fund Limited.
