REPEAT/O2Micro Files Patent Infringement Action
SANTA CLARA, Calif. and GEORGE TOWN, Grand Cayman--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 10, 2003--O2Micro International Limited (Nasdaq:OIIM - News) has filed a patent infringement complaint in the Eastern District of Texas against Sumida Corporation in Japan and Taiwan Sumida Electronics Incorporated in Taiwan.
In a separate patent related action, the Shihlin District Court in Taipei County, Taiwan issued a preliminary injunction prohibiting Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. from designing, manufacturing, selling, importing or displaying MP1011A and MP1015 products.
